Dr. Lamar Bullock Leads MPAC

MPAC Director Lamar Bullock, Ph.D., is a leading researcher in micro-fluidics and micro-machining. He has researched and expanded Excimer UV Laser applications for nearly 25 years. His advanced work in high-speed UV laser workstations and laser ablation provides a strong platform for the MPAC.
